Can I give a donation when I place an order?

Yes, during checkout at the bottom of the page you will see a donate option. You are able to make donations online or call 1-800-821-3300.

Can I send my order to a different address?

Yes. When going through the checkout process you will have the option to ship to two different locations. If you wish to change the address after the purchase has been made, email [email protected] or call 1-800-821-3300.

How can I track my order?

Please call 1-800-821-3300, Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time.

How do I purchase message CDs/DVDs?

DVDs are available in the online store and can be found via our search function. Pastor Greg’s sermons can be seen HERE.

I can’t find a product that I have purchased before, is it still available?

We apologize for the inconvenience. It may be that the product is no longer available. Yet, inventory levels are always fluctuating and the product could be available again. Please use the search function, email [email protected], or call 1-800-821-3300.

I did not receive an order confirmation.

Every order when placed receives an email notification. Once the notification has been received, your order will process in one business day. If you have questions on the status of the order you can email [email protected] to get an update.

I ordered the wrong product.

I received an error trying to sign up for an account. (I received an error when I entered my account information.)

You may already have an account that the username you are trying to create is already in use. If that is the case, you can reset your password via the online store. If you have further question please email [email protected]

What is the length of time various shipping choices take for delivery?

Dimensions of the package will determine shipping options. Harvest will give the fastest and cheapest shipping options available.

What is the status of my order? (Was my order successful? I didn’t get an order confirmation. How do I know my order went through? When will my order ship?)
